Planning and executing promotional campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and handling participant email invitations. 

Engaging with potential sponsors, managing partnerships, and ensuring sponsor visibility in digital and physical event spaces.  

Handling speaker coordination, participant inquiries, abstract submissions, and all scientific documentation.  

Designing and implementing the participant registration system with 3D secure payment processing.  

Designing, planning and managing audiovisuals, lighting, digital screens, and technical requirements during the event.  

Overseeing conference schedules, session flow  and ensuring seamless event execution.  

Coordinating the setup and breakdown of sponsor booths, ensuring exhibitor requirements are met.  

Organizing networking dinners and social gatherings for participants and faculty members.  

Designing and distributing participation certificates and event souvenirs for attendees and faculty.
