Overseeing conference schedules, session flow, faculty coordination, and ensuring seamless event execution.  

Managing real-time transmission between operating rooms and conference halls for educational purposes.  

Coordinating the setup and breakdown of sponsor booths, ensuring exhibitor requirements are met.  

Organizing networking dinners and social gatherings for participants and faculty members.  

Designing and distributing participation certificates and event souvenirs for attendees and faculty.
